We  begin this episode by noting the nature of the Episcopal church and its teachings. It broke away from the Roman Catholic Church, but much of it's organization and teachings are very similar and in some cases identical to those of that Church. They have a clergy-laity distinction which is not found in the NT. We discuss what is found there. Baptism in the Episcopal is done by pouring water on the individual. We again look at baptism as commanded in the New Testament by the Lord. Eric looks at the doctrine of transubstantiation, what it is and why it is erroneous. Arnie notes that they engage in confirmation of children, what this consists of and the two points of error included in it. We look at the differing teaching of the Catholic and Episcopal churches on salvation and note that both are contrary to what the Bible says.
