He welcomes the government's new draft guidance on Relationships and Sex Education (RSE), but is saddened by what it suggests about mainstream education in the UK.
For years now, RSE teachers have had to teach contentious topics such as gender ideology as fact, or face disciplinary action in some cases. Meanwhile parents have voiced concerns around inappropriate materials for their young children, from contraceptives to graphic images of sexual intercourse.
Could this all change now that the guidance has been published?
