How often have you been shopping and you feel like the entire experience is changed because of the employee who helps you? I know that I am personally much more prone to spend more money if I have a good customer service experience, and I usually walk out empty-handed if I don't. Especially in the Network Marketing model, we are not only a product of the product, but we are our brand. People aren't going to buy what you're selling because it's good.
