Many times we look in the mirror and we want to hide from our own reflection. Our thoughts turn inward and can be filled with negative feelings about how we look, who we are, or maybe even what we have done in our life.

The Bible tells us we are made in God's image. We are called to be strong women who know who they are in Christ. It's time to look in the mirror and no longer want to hide from what we see, but feel confident in who we are- both spiritually AND physically!

If we see something we don't like, we figure out how to make a positive change and refuse to be held back from our purpose and all that God has for us. Our reflection should show others the goodness and blessing of God. What does your reflection say today?
