The company polo made him look official. The heavy boxes added an air of desperation. "Can you hold the door?" he asked an incoming employee. "I'm struggling here."

The employee not only held open the door but also escorted him to the manager's office. There, he plugged in a USB drive and downloaded all the data he wanted.
