Here I cover my approach to teaching leadership skills - What every leader needs. All of us need these skills, because we all are leaders in some sense or the other. Some lead teams in their organisations while others lead their families. 

I clarify here why I prefer the foundation of my teaching to come from psychology and sociology, rather than Case studies and biographies of successful leaders. I also show how I cover the needs of leaders at all stages - from the first time leader to the CXO.
