According to information released by the Black Dog Institute, the Labor government have not allowed adequate funding at state OR federal level. Gotcha4Life believe in prevention, rather than awareness, and want to see CHILDREN developing 'Mental Fitness' and 'Emotional Muscle' to carry them through life.
