RecentlyI was racing for a deadline, was overwhelmed with lots of work which I had toequally prioritize and I felt my thoughts spiralling into stress and my heartwas in panic and felt all my ideas vanishing. It was then I paused for a 2-minute mini breathe scan, eyes closed, justconcentrating only on my breath, instantly I felt cool and calm and felt mycreativity overflowing at once and I could complete all my work inminutes.  Thus, short mindful breath actsas a vital reset button for both the mind and body.

 

Now hereare a few effortless minis anywhere for that daily edge.

·       BreathAnchor

Inhale 4 counts, hold 4 an exhale 4-repeat 5 times to control racingthoughts.

 

·       Bodysweep

Tense and release muscles head-to-toe in 90 seconds for instant tensionmelt.

 

·       Kindnesspulse

Silently wish well to yourself and one another for 2 minutes, lifting vibeand connections.

 

A few one lienee tips for kids o counter stress.

 

·       Pretendyou a sleepy tree, stand tall, breathe deep, and sway gently for 1 minute andsee the difference!

·       Count 5colourful breaths like blowing a bubble gum,  All your worries will melt away.

·       Sitcomfortably, hand on belly, feel 5 rises and falls like ocean waves…

·       Scan fromtoes to head, melting tightness like warm sunlight.

·       Whisper‘peace’ on ‘inhale and ‘easy’ on exhale within 2 cosy minutes.

·       Picture afavourite memory unfolding slowly with each breath.

·       Gentlytap fingers together, syncing taps, to taps of feet, too soft in-out breaths.
