Hi everyone! Today, our Digital Editor and first-time mom, Nina Harada is asking parents an important question. What fills you up? As parents we're often so busy taking care of everyone else in our family that we forget about us. But we can't show up for the people we love if we're exhausted. This Sunday, Nina worked through her mom guilt and took a couple of hours with her husband to have a lunch date outside and eat delicious tacos in Highlight Park. The simple act of standing in line, feeling the sunshine and having an adult conversation is all she needed to come back rejuvenated. 

What fills you up? Nature? a good book? fashion magazines? the farmers market? sitting quietly in the sun? Whatever it is, take the time and get at least a little taste of it. You deserve it. Trust us, your family will thank you for it.
