I've come to realise as I've built my business that 80% of our success is created from our mindset, 20% is created through strategy.
We can have a step-by-step strategic plan laid won in front of us to lead us directly to success, but if we don't have a mindset that means we take action, success will continue to stay out of reach. As entrepreneurs, we are 100% accountable for our decision-making process. Yet too often we can fall into our "default" decision setting that keeps us playing small as we subjugate ourselves to imposter syndrome, self-doubt and limiting beliefs about what we are capable of achieving. Our unconscious sbataging behaviours can be tricky little demons sitting on our shoulder!
We need to take control and be more intentional in our decision making because every single one your make in creating your future,
