Epiphany, most know it as the day the Wise Men came. And that is right–partially.

The word Epiphany means “manifestation” or “revelation.”

So the Wise Men are celebrated on Epiphany because they represent the revelation of Jesus to the Gentiles

When the wise men arrived they came bearing gifts, gifts appropriate for a King!
