We all know about the shopping frenzy that takes place during this time of year and the inevitable question we hear is 'what did you get? or what did you give?' Tis the season for giving and receiving and we have all been challenged with the question of whether or not we did the right thing. Did we give enough? Did we give too much?

On the other side there the question as to whether or not we received what we think we deserved? We rarely think about the disposition to take on as the receiver. Have we prepared a place to receive the spirit of the gift given? Do we know how to even begin to be a gracious receiver? Do we know how to clear out our emotional closets so that we can receive new gifts?

When we learn to receive in the highest spiritual space, we can generate even more graciousness for the world to be a better place.
