0But he became hungry and wanted to eat; but while they were making preparations, he fell into a trance;11and he *saw the sky opened up, and an [f]object like a great sheet coming down, lowered by four corners to the ground,12and on it were all kinds of four-footed animals and [g]crawling creatures of the earth and birds of the sky. 13A voice came to him, “Get up, Peter, [h]kill and eat!” 14But Peter said, “By no means, Lord, for I have never eaten anything [i]unholy and unclean.” 15Again a voice came to him a second time, “What God has cleansed, no longer [j]consider unholy.” Acts 10:10-15

But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.” Matt 4:4

Warrior’s Prayer 

Lord, I come before you seeking the strength and skill to overcome my enemies. Grant me I pray, the wisdom to recognize evil, the courage to confront it, and the strength to destroy it. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen.
