In this solo episode, I answer the question I get asked often: “what grounds you?” I give real life examples from my experiences and discuss the importance of setting healthy boundaries. I talk about how to initiate and develop a mindset of putting yourself first through daily practices, as well as the importance of doing so. I refer to the NY times best selling author Lisa Nichols book “The secret” and Bruce Lee’s famous speech “Be water my friend.” Overall, being grounded is a process and practice we need to partake in daily to have a successful and full filled life. It’s a necessity, not a luxury.
