In mid June 1985, Catherine Catrina Diane Mowrey was lifeless body was found in a trunk of an abandoned car that was parked in an alley south of Dallas, Texas. Dallas PD tried to rule Catrina's case as a suicide followed by an 'unexplainable death' until recently it has since been changed to a homicide. But why did it take almost 38 years for authorities to rule this as a homicide? What went wrong?
