On this episode I talk about what happens during mediation when using the mantra. The brain since birth stores every single event good or bad. What happens if these events that are stored in the mind aren't addressed it causes a continue flow of higher brain wave pattern, that causes damage to the mind. The mantra slows down the brain waves to a "ALPHA'' CYCLE, to help the mind repair its self.
