Whilst getting divorced is emotionally taxing you must not ignore your estate planning responsibilities. The final divorce decree takes care of the financial and legal issues, but it does not change your estate planning documents. Join me tomorrow at 5:00 pm PST; my special guest, Ann Michelle Hart will tell you about what you should do to make sure that your wishes are protected before, during and after the divorce.
