What does this mean? Beyond the obvious, that atrocities occur when people who know better do nothing to stop it. But It also applies more subtly. It involves consciousness and what happens in a society when conscious, awakened people "check out" and go someplace else while not-so-great things happen in the world.
Right now all of us - the Human Race - has an opportunity to wake up collectively, to ask questions of authority, to pull back the veil and demand the truth.
