In this week’s Episode of Let's Talk H.A.M. (Hearts and Minds) we discuss motherhood and the age old phrase in our community when a parent or figure head in the family would say "I'm going out for a loaf of bread." Often times that meant the person was not returning and giving up on the relationship or situation. We discuss what happens to the family structure when mom uses that phrase and more importantly when she demonstrates that action.
