Samantha Hiatt joins the conversatin today. Sam is professional soccer player with Gotham FC and has played internationlly with the US Women's National team. 

We kick off the conversation with James and Sam sharing some horror stories about being traded and moving to New York City. We also talk about loyalty in professional sports as well as how teams develop their chemistry. 

We also talk about team culture and how to deal with difficult teammates. 

The conversation then turns to the balance between high performance and anxiety - as well as sharing some tools to manage that intense pressure. 

Sam advocates for finding someone to talk to about the pressures of being a pro athlete.
