Feeling stressed and anxious for long periods of time can have detrimental effects on our bodies, minds and emotions. This is why, living in this modern world we benefit immensely from having a tool-box of ideas, tips, and different modalities that can help us release stress, come back to our calm self and build up our resilience. Nutrition and lifestyle choices are an important part of that tool-box!  


In this conversation with Claudia Vidor, a Certified Holistic Clinical Nutritionist (BhS) and founder of Nourished by Claudia, we talk about what happens in our bodies when we stress out and even more importantly, what are the long term effects of stress in our whole system.
