So I took a whole week off social media and here is what happened…

Spoiler alert, my business didn’t burn to the ground and I learnt a lot of valuable lessons that you’ll have to tune in to listen to!

Honestly, I really do recommend taking some space from your socials occasionally and getting some perspective on your biz and how you show up. Eye opening and I have so many yummy boundaries I am putting in to place because of it.

Plus, I GAINED clients so that’s PROOF right that this is nothing but what it is - A break.
