We talk a lot about why space matters. Today we’re talking about how.

The actual daily practices that keep me regulated — so that when life happens, and it will, I have space to choose instead of react.

In today’s talk we go through four things I do every single day to build and maintain nervous system regulation. Not as a luxury. Not when I have hours. As a consistent, simple, daily practice that has changed everything about how I show up.

We cover breathwork — two specific patterns I use daily including 4 in 6 out and 4 in 8 hold 8 out. Nature and why even three seconds of real presence outside is enough to show your nervous system it is safe. What you consume — the news, social media, who you follow — and the direct impact that has on your baseline nervous system state. And how you nourish your body — food, movement, frequency, and why I use a PEMF mat daily.

Small. Daily. Consistent.

That is how regulation becomes your default instead of your exception.
