There are two things I do for my health. The first is to do light fasting, and the second is to get a lot of sleep. I would like to talk about these.
The first. I would like to talk about light fasting. The way to do a light fasting is to eat dinner around 7:00 p.m. and then stay with drinks and nuts until dinner the next day. I do this only on weekdays. The effects of fasting are said to be weight loss, skin beautification, and anti-aging effects such as reducing the burden on the internal organs. You don't have to be strict when you do it for the first time. I have found that my body feels better when I gradually make time to go without food.
Second. I will talk about getting lots of sleep. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep, because I am aware that if I get less than 7 hours, my body cannot perform well. Sleep plays an important role in regulating the body's hormones and relaxing the body. As a child I used to think it was a waste of time to fall asleep, but now I feel that sleep is what is important.
