What I do when I'm having a hard time

We all have hard days. Yes, myself included. When your energy is off, it can take you out of action and prevent you from doing the hard things you need to do to grow your business.


When you run your own business, it can feel like you’re on your own and you’ve just got to get on with it. But the reality is, there are some helpful ways to manage those challenging periods, whether it’s just for an hour or for a couple of days. 


There are strategies you can use to keep working through, while also nurturing and looking after yourself. Today I share some of the things that get me through when I’m having a hard time.


Shifting my body energy, limiting social media scrolling and maintaining healthy eating habits are just some of the practices I’ve adopted to self-soothe and give myself a clear head.


I talk about the peace that comes with being radically self-aware and how to navigate through anxious thoughts. I encourage you to think about what you can do today that will lead to a great outcome in whatever you have in front of you.  


My hope here today is to provide you with some tools and support for you to employ whenever you are having a hard time and facing life’s challenges head-on.
