Today's show is a special one as we record our 50th show. In today's solo, Carol shares some of the most important lessons that she has learned in as a podcast host of the "So Much More" show. Carol, normally a quick decision-maker took more than a year to push out the "So Much More" show. Being a perfectionist, Carol was incessantly worried about putting together a show for the first time ever. Carol now realizes how misplaced her anxiety was. Instead of overly fussing over the outcome, entrepreneurs like Carol need to recognize the fact that any new venture is a dynamic process, and things fall in place as you learn on the go. Carol recalls how her show has evolved and continues to evolve as she constantly strives to put together content that resonates with her audience. Carol also shares how being a podcast host has allowed her to reach out and learn from experts. Finally, on the occasion of her 50th show, Carol expresses gratitude to everyone who helped her get going.
