I’ll tell you how I learned to harness my power to get through uncomfortable experiences on the path, by getting out of my own way. I'll share some tips on how to set boundaries around people and things that don’t support you, and how to build a community that will lift you up and cheer you on.
And you’ll hear how I’ve learned to trust the pivots and turns to embrace myself by bringing my whole self to the table! But you know, you can’t pour from an empty cup, so always save room for dessert... (see i told ya it’s gonna be yummy!)
