This is the big take away - progress doesn't know any limits. That doesn't mean you will get everything you want in life but that does mean that if you make progress the foundation of what you do and believe, you will be tapping into the unlimited potential that comes with the word "progress".

Hi there! My name is Rob and I'm excited to welcome you to the Life After Athletics podcast. I've had a unique journey as an athlete, competing for Team Canada in the Winter Olympics and then transitioning to coaching athletes from all levels and nationalities.
