I felt an overwhelming urge to talk about the pain that we experience when we’re not feeling our best, the pain we live with when we’re not - as cheesy and overused as this sounds - being the person we are capable of being and doing and having all that we deeply desire to have, do and be in life. So when our business, relationships and life is more mediocre than magical, the pain is very real. So it might be subtle and we get used to it… but it won’t just go away, and it definitely won’t change just by reading a book, another podcast or understanding our first trauma and why we are the way we are. All of that helps, but it doesn’t solve the pain.
