I like to reflect back every now and then, so that I can gain some self-encouragement. I like to look at my work from the past and critique on how far I’ve come along. Depending on my season of life, the journey has grown by leaps and bounds, sometimes it’s by casual strides. I realized it was dependent on how my growth was being challenged at the time. So, I thought it would be fun to have the mindset if I were able to go back in time and tell myself a few things, what would that be? Would my focus shift on gear acquisition? Is networking really that essential? How can I crack the code to the formula for breaking out? The comparison game is real, but is there any value to it at all?
Listen in as I give myself a mini pep talk, you don't want to miss this one!
