What happens when the career you've spent 15 years building suddenly gets thrown into question?

In this episode, I sit down with my former coaching client Sarah Dieterle, who found herself at a major career crossroads when her company began restructuring. After 15 years of experience in corporate communications, including roles at LVMH and Nestlé, she had to seriously consider: Do I stay, or do I go? And if I go, what could my next chapter look like? 💗​

Sarah decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

Today, she is the founder of CAREDIAMONDS, a fine jewelry brand centered around natural diamonds, diamond provenance, and traceable diamonds, with a strong focus on transparency and traceability.

But her journey from corporate to entrepreneur was about much more than starting a business. It was about following her instincts, trusting herself enough to make a major career change, and being willing to explore what else might be possible when the path she had been on suddenly changed.

Why is it that YOU WANT to take action on your dreams & goals and you may even know the steps to get there, but you still end up self-sabotaging and not doing it?

In this special episode, I share with you how I repaired my relationship with my dad after years of pushing him away and carrying unresolved hurt. 💗​

We all have a unique childhood experience, but regardless of how we grew up, what we have in common is this: the people around us, particularly our parents, and how we interpreted their actions growing up, shape our sense of self-worth, the relationships we build as adults, and how much we allow ourselves to live our potential.

If that relationship is tense, ruptured, or disconnected, and it impacted your self-worth + trust in yourself, repairing it could be one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and to your kids. And the best thing: you don't need your parents' involvement for this. This is work you can do on your own. 🫶​

At 28, I was feeling a LOT of career shame. I had already transitioned into a different career three times, and I was putting so much pressure on myself to finally figure it out. If possible, for real this time, lol. 😅​
