Today, as we celebrate Easter it’s maybe a bit different than it has been in the past.

 

In years past, we may have celebrated it surrounded by family and friends...

 

Maybe there was an Easter egg hunt.

 

Maybe a big dinner, followed by a nap on the couch afterward.

 

But chances are, it’s different fro you this year.

 

But historically, Easter is the holiest time of the year for the Christian church. This is the “big deal” to our religion. It’s what defines us as Christians. Yes---Christmas is exciting, but our faith hinges on what happened at Easter.
