Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. (Revelation 3:20, NIV)
This week’s message continues our look at the letter to Laodicea and concludes our journey through the Jesus’ letters to the church in Revelation. Again, the passage reminds us that Jesus lovingly confronts our comfort and self-reliance through discipline (the refiner’s fire) so that He can restore our zeal, dependence, and intimacy with Him. Laodicea teaches us that true wealth, righteousness, and sight are found only in Christ.
