In a Marvel Cinematic Universe of infinite possibilities Marvel has decided to ignore them for the most part and do what they are doing in the ‘regular’ MCU. Race and gender swap everyone. First it was what If Peggy Carter was a better Captain America and now it’s What If T’Challa was a better Star lord. More boring subtle and not so subtle deconstruction. Plain as day.
