Today I want to ask you,
“What if there was no problem at all”You see, what I notice when I’m coaching is that a lot of clients (and yes, I still catch myself doing this) focus on THE HOW.
And when they’re focused on HOW am I going to do this, their next and natural thoughts are to focus on why that’s a problem for them.
And as one of my mentors says, they talk about the problem like they’re reporting the news – like it’s fact. But just like the news only tells us what it wants us to know and see, the problem is just your brains way of keeping you stuck. What happens when...?In this episode, I'm going to show you exactly what happens when we choose thoughts of this NOT being a problem.
You see, it’s so easy to get caught up with what others are doing, what they say is best and whilst it’s always worth considering (only if they are ahead of you) don’t make it “Your only way”. Don’t allow lack of something or it’s unavailability to you right now, be the reason you don’t take action and succeed anyway.
What happens when you foster the thought – This isn’t a “thing”. There is no problem?
