I remember back in 2018 when i had a Cancer scare and had to get a colonoscopy at age 25 and promised myself that i would live everyday to the fullest. 
I have not been fulfilling that promise because i got back to being "comfortable" 

So today is the day that we start to get uncomfortable and grow.
