When you go through so many ups and downs with your weight and yo-yo dieting has become your norm, eventually it just ends up feeling like "What's the point?!" because you already expect to fail. I know this because I've been there! This can definitely make weight loss feel impossible.
There IS good news however! Once you heal the root of the problem (HINT: that's an Inner Self journey you've gotta take, if you are serious about ending your struggles) then releasing the fat will be a snap. But in the meantime, what do you do when weight loss feels so impossible to DO?
