My experience with co-creating and the quick results-- a scorpion showing up in my house queue panic mode. What is the difference between our habits, routines, and rituals? When you start noticing these things, you become mindful of being able to choose what habits you would like to create into rituals as well as being aware of what bad habits have rooted as bad routines or rituals within your life.When you are mindful of your actions, you can choose what you would like to create and what you would like to remove.

The difference between choice, declare, and demand and how these can be added into your life to shift your life. How you can empower yourself in your life to really take leaps and bounds.
