In 2012, the Federation of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers noticed they were missing about 540,000 gallons, or roughly $13 million, of maple syrup. Several people were convicted of stealing and reselling the syrup, but the majority of it was never recovered. ***THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT***

Georgia is holding runoff elections for two senate seats on January 5, 2021. These two seats will determine control of the U.S. Senate for the next two years, which in turn will determine things like stimulus funding, climate change policy, accessible health care, and a bunch of other really important shit! If you're in Georgia, you have until December 7th to register to vote. If you're not in Georgia, you can contribute to Jon Ossoff's campaign, Reverend Warnock's campaign, or Fair Fight.
