Have you ever thought about how often we tend to focus on our weaknesses and flaws, rather than celebrating our strengths? How we usually see ourselves as 'works in progress,' constantly trying to fix what we think is 'broken' in us? Well, I'm here to shake up that idea and offer up a different perspective. I'll share my personal journey of self-perception and self-improvement and how a light-bulb moment helped me reframe my outlook on my own 'flaws'.
Drawing from my personal experiences, I'll teach you how to regain your P.O.W.E.R (Peace, Optimism, Words, Energy, Respond) and how it aids in reclaiming your inner strength. Using the analogy of a used car, you'll discover how to perceive yourself as already perfect and whole, but ready for an upgrade to enhance your life journey's comfort and enjoyment. You'll be challenged to truly observe yourself, acknowledge your perfection, and acknowledge your capacity to achieve great things. So, get ready for an uplifting experience and a simple homework exercise that could change your life!
This week's homework: Take a look in the mirror and accept that you are not in need of fixing, but choose to get some upgrades to help this ride be a little more enjoyable.
