It's funny because people often think that embarking on the spiritual journey is an experience filled with rainbows and butterflies. And that what  helps us advance on our path are only good vibes.

I couldn't disagree any more. For most, if not all, an awakening into one's spiritual journey is a rough shake up. All the other moments that advance one forward will usually also be a similar shake up. 

In this episode I talk about the the shake-ups that lead us deeper into our spiritual path. I share my own experiences too, and talk about how I found opportunity in them to further my growth and healing, and how you can too! When we deepen our healing journey, our spiritual journey advances.
