What if the life you keep waiting to feel more present in is already happening right in front of you?
In this episode, I’m talking about where your energy goes, what gets your attention, and how easy it is to give the best of yourself to what feels urgent while the things that matter most are quietly waiting for you to notice them.
I share some real moments from having my kids home this weekend and what that stirred up in me around presence, perspective, and the way we sometimes don’t fully appreciate something until there’s space around it.
And this is such a big part of the work I do with women too.
Noticing where your energy is actually going.
Noticing what you keep saying matters most.
And then getting honest about whether those two things match.
So while you listen, I want you to ask yourself:
What is getting the best of your energy right now?
And is it taking you closer to the life you would love…
or simply keeping you busy inside the life you already have?
What if you already know what you want… but you keep waiting for somebody else to choose it too?
In this episode, I’m talking about the subtle ways you can hand your power away without even realizing it—in your business, your relationships, and the vision you have for your life.
There’s a difference between considering the people around you and needing their permission before you move. A difference between gathering information and asking someone else to decide what you should create.
Maybe you’re not actually confused about what you want.
Maybe you’re afraid to choose it unless somebody else chooses it too.
We’re talking about directive energy, creating from fear versus expansion, and what happens when you stop putting a question mark after everything you want.
Your life needs your participation.
And maybe it’s time to decide.

Sometimes we wait for more money, more confidence, more clarity, better timing—or some kind of sign that tells us it’s finally time to move.
But what if the movement comes first?
In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve been noticing about momentum, the decisions I’ve been making in my own life, and how quickly things can begin to snowball when we choose differently.
We’re also talking about the stories we carry with us—the ones that may have taught us something but don’t need to come with us into what we’re creating next.
Release the stories. Keep the wisdom and the lessons. And let the stories go.
Maybe you don’t need to start over.
Maybe your snowball just needs another push. 💜

Have you ever been asked, “What would you love?” …and realized you didn’t know how to answer?
In this episode, Tara reflects on a simple question that uncovered something much deeper: somewhere along the way, many of us stopped asking what we truly wanted and started asking what felt realistic.
Together, we’ll explore how our environment can reinforce familiar thoughts, why we often dream within the limits of what we believe is available, and how awareness creates the space for new possibilities.
This isn’t a conversation about wanting more.
It’s a conversation about giving yourself permission to choose with intention, to notice the thoughts that no longer serve you, and to remember that you’re never truly stuck.
Sometimes the most powerful transformation begins with one simple question:
What would I truly love?
Ps.. recorded at the beach and unedited
Before you continue with your day, take a slow, deep breath.
Place one hand on your heart.
And if these words feel true for you, repeat them softly to yourself.
I honor every season that has brought me here.
I release the thoughts that no longer support the life I’m creating.
I give myself permission to imagine beyond what I’ve always known.
I trust my heart to guide my choices.
I welcome new perspectives, new possibilities, and new beginnings.
Today, I choose with intention.
Today, I choose what I truly love.
Take one more deep breath.
Carry that question with you today…
What would I truly love?
And as always…
Notice what you’re noticing.

What if your body recognizes alignment before your mind can explain it?
In this episode of Notice What You’re Noticing, I share a simple, unexpected experience that reminded me of something I’ve taught for years—but had to experience for myself.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t arrive through more thinking, more planning, or trying harder. Sometimes it arrives in an ordinary moment when your shoulders soften, your breath deepens, and your nervous system quietly whispers, “More of this.”
Join me as we explore how our bodies often recognize peace, joy, and alignment long before our minds catch up—and why paying attention to those moments may be one of the most powerful practices we have.
Reflection Question:
Where does your body naturally soften, even before your mind understands why?

And if you’re feeling called to explore what your own body, your life, and your inner wisdom have been trying to show you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Have you ever noticed how something that once brought you so much joy slowly started feeling like another thing to get right?
In this episode of What I’m Noticing with Tara, I’m sharing a deeply personal realization about my own spiritual journey—and how curiosity quietly became pressure.
We explore what happens when we start searching outside ourselves for more signs, more certainty, and more answers, and why the very thing we’re trying to deepen can begin to feel heavy.
This isn’t an episode about doing less spirituality.
It’s about rediscovering the playfulness, trust, and presence that made you fall in love with your journey in the first place.
In this episode, we’ll explore:
• How curiosity can quietly turn into pressure
• Why trying to control the outcome can disconnect us from our own inner wisdom
• The difference between seeking guidance and trusting yourself
• How healing is meant to help us live more fully—not become another item on our to-do list
If you’ve been feeling like you’re trying so hard to grow, heal, or “get it right,” this conversation is your invitation to soften your grip, trust yourself a little more, and notice what you’re noticing.

Some conversations stay with us long after they’ve ended. In this episode, Tara reflects on a simple encounter with another artist that revealed something much deeper about identity, belonging, and the quiet stories we tell ourselves. Together, we’ll explore what our obstacles can reveal, why the moments that linger deserve our attention, and how life often uncovers who we’re becoming one layer at a time.
Reflection Question: What conversation has stayed with you lately, and what might it be revealing about what truly matters to your heart?
Have you ever felt called toward something, only to have obstacle after obstacle appear in your path?
In this episode, I share the story of my journey to DreamBuilder Live in Los Angeles and all the unexpected challenges that showed up along the way—passport issues, financial hurdles, sold-out hotels, booking complications, and moments where it would have been easy to give up.
But what if those obstacles weren’t stop signs?
What if they were qualifiers?
Join me as I explore the difference between fear and faith, vision and evidence, and the lessons I learned about staying committed to a dream before all the pieces were in place.
If you’re navigating a transition, pursuing a goal, or feeling called toward something bigger in your life, this episode is a reminder to keep going.
Sometimes the journey before the journey is exactly what prepares us for what’s waiting on the other side.

What if wanting more is actually a sign of gratitude?
In this episode, we’re exploring how gratitude expands our awareness, opens us to new possibilities, and often awakens the desire for more joy, purpose, freedom, and alignment.

Under this Blue Moon, something subtle but undeniable is being revealed: the quiet ways we outgrow the versions of ourselves we once needed to survive.
In this episode, Tara speaks into the moment of realization that doesn’t arrive with drama or noise—but with clarity. The moment you see the box you’ve been living in… and recognize you built it yourself.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about releasing who you no longer need to be.
We explore the invisible ways we shrink, filter, and manage ourselves to be accepted. The identities we soften into. The truths we mute. The expansion we delay while waiting for permission that was never required.
And through the lens of this Blue Moon energy, this becomes more than reflection—it becomes ritual.
A conscious choice to let go.
A return to truth.
A reclaiming of space.
Because every new level of life doesn’t just ask for growth.
It asks for release.
Reflection Question:
What version of you are you ready to thank—and let go of?
Embodied Mantra:
I honour who I have been.
I release what no longer fits.
I trust the expansion calling me forward.
