In this video we discuss what a kick off meeting is in clinical research. Many companies may call it different things but they are all the same. The meeting is to assemble the team that is in charge of running the clinical trials, from the project managers, to the data managers, to the Clinical Trial Leads and LCRA's and any sponsor personnel who needs to be present. Depending on the size of the sponsor will determine who will be in attendance. Sometimes even the CEO will be at the Kick Off Meeting. We delve deeper in this video so I hope you enjoy.
