Some of my favorite moments of my teenage years where when I was in musicals for my high school. I started junior year, my second to last year in high school, and I was part of a musical called Little Shop of Horrors. And in this musical there is a man eating plant that this failing flower shop gets a hold off, and as you fed it, more and more blood or more humans, then it would grow really big. And it brought a lot of attention to the store and made the store succeed.
And it was a very fun musical to be a part of, because all I had to do was sit backstage and be the voice of this man eating plant. And it was a lot of fun because while my friends were out on stage, I could be backstage and just and just saying my lines and and do all this voice acting from behind the scenes. And so that was a lot of fun, because I do like being...I do like acting, and I do like being on stage. But, part of me still gets a little afraid, a little stage fright. And so it was the best of both worlds to be able to be in a musical but not have to be on stage at all.
Then another good moment was when I was in Beauty and the Beast and I was the beast. That was a lot of fun because I had a lot of friends that were in the musical, and I was able to be in the musical again, and I got to dress up and have a bunch of makeup on me to make me look like the beast. And it was just a lot of fun overall. There were a couple of hard times, and it was very hot in the costume, but overall, it was an amazing experience. And really, I treasure those moments from my teenage years because there were times that I could just relax and have fun and and not have to focus too much on the stresses of school or life in general. And so it was always just a time to hang out with friends and do something that I really like to do.
And so those are some of my favorite moments in my teenage years.
