This week I wanted to talk about what healing is for me because I understand it may be different for others. A lot of people perceive you as something you’re not and one misconception is in regards to what they think my healing process is. I’ll be highlighting some ups and downs, strategies I use, and how all of those things have gotten me this far. Enjoy.
