Welcome everyone! To the first episode of the Lit Spirit Podcast! I want to share my experience about my spiritual awakening and everything I've learned on the way about truly loving myself and connecting with my spirit outside of the matrix we live in. I know that spirituality has a weird reputation amongst young people, but I want to be one of many to prove that it is the single most important thing young people need take part in to find true love and happiness within.  This episode is the explanation of what a "Lit Spirit" is in relation to how I describe my journey so far.
