Park houses are bungalow-style detached dwellings built inside a private estate. They're usually built offsite and then installed on property that's either privately owned or held by a municipal government. A property must be moveable in one or two pieces to qualify as a park home, whether on its own wheels or by being transferred by another vehicle. The residential park home does not exceed 20 metres in length, 6.8 metres in width, and 3.05 metres from floor to ceiling on the interior.
