Smart contracts can really make big changes for any kind of contracts involving money, property and shares. However, as Luka pointed out, anything that involves code has its own issues (known as bugs) and there is still a good way to go for smart contracts to be efficiently used for greater good. 

Luka and Ivan conclude that we should not dismiss its possibilities because of the things we now have no solution for, but to shot for the long run and try our best to improve it day by day.
