The spiritual man is one whose thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are under the spirit's control. Mental quietude is one of the assumed benefits of authentic spirituality. The shamans, healers, sages, and wisdom keepers of all times, all continents, and all peoples, in their ageless wisdom, say that human spirituality is composed of three aspects: relationships, values, and life purpose. God and man that can be summed up under four headings : Holiness, The gift of the Spirit, Life in the Spirit and the Discipline of the Spirit.
