What is a sustainable business and should you aim for it?
Business Sustainability is a hot topic right now, but yet still something that many business owners don't yet fully understand.
In this episode, I’m giving you an inside look at what a sustainable business looks and feels like. The composition of a sustainable business is different for each Business Owner. At the core though, it's where you want to be in 5 to 10 years time.
Do you still want to be working 15 hour days?
In the beginning, setting up sustainable business was probably a low priority - because let's face it, it isn't a pressing priority. Fast forward to the messy middle (growth stage of business) when you've reached your time capacity - this is when you're likely to shift your focus on how to optimise your time and examine the operational side of your business.
I share how my own experience from burnout fuels my desire to support other business owners to achieve sustainability. I needed someone like me back then to teach me how to make it sustainable, with many years of experience from then and now, I’m here to help you!
This is the episode for you, if you know your working too hard in your business, you haven't yet set up your business operationally with tech and team and you know without a shadow of a doubt you couldn't work in this same manner 5-10 years time.
